Assembled easily, picture and description represent product accurately and the cats love it.

It is VERY easy to put together, because the pieces twist together. It is extremely sturdy, which means that you will not need to worry about it toppling over.
The toys come off easily.
If you have cats that like to climb, or perch this is a good addition for your household.
I have three cats, and they all love it. My oldest climbs up the stairs instead of jumping. The two youngest cats like to sleep on the highest perches.
I suggest keeping it next to a window, because they will love being able to perch and look outside at birds.
Overall, other than the toys this condo was more than worth the amount it cost. It you really want to see your kitties happy, this is the way to go!

My cats absolutely love it. I only wish I had bought it when they were kittens. It’s so tall that my female cat can touch the cealing when she is on the top post.
The only downside I have to say for it was that it didn’t come with a screw for the top post, we had to go buy one. And the stairs didn’t fit right. My boyfriend had to change it and make it fit. The top box is a little small for my cats, but other than that, it’s working out fine.

I’ll get the drawbacks out of the way first. The upper platforms are great for my 10 pound female cat, but my 18 pound male cat is kind of big for them. He still sleeps on them, and being a cat he somehow avoids falling off of them, even though he sort of spills over the sides.
It is obvious that the structure is made from cheaper materials. The carpeting sheds pretty bad (at least at first.) It’s not really carpeting. More like fake fur. It’s thin and smells strongly of plastic & petroleum materials. The structure is a little wobbly compared to the towers you see in the pet stores, but if you work with the bolts, then you can get it to a point where you can trust your cats to play on it with a lot of force and not worry that it will tip over.
All of that said- I’m still really pleased. It looks nice, and my cats absolutely adore it. You won’t find a tall monster gym like this for a better price. I’ve checked. I’ll see how it does over the next year or so. If it holds up well, I’ll get two more.

Our cats love this tree! They got on it before i got it halfway put together! and now they haven’t moved from it for the past 6 hours lol! They love it! and the mice that are on it are attached to strechy string and they continue to try and take them off of it so it is non-stop fun for them!
The only slight drawback was the directions…..Like another reviewer said its more of a picture but once you figure that out its easy to put together.

This cat tree is great. It was easy to put together and sturdily constructed. I put it near the sliding doors to the porch so my indoor cat can sit and look out into both the yard and the living room. She uses the scratching posts and has stopped scratching the couch. I think it’s a great value.

We have two cats, one of them has cerebellar hypoplasia. He basically has bad motor skills, but good aim and instinctive actions.
He uses the couch to get onto the first level, and jumps from the second level onto the couch, but apart from that, he uses every bit. He claws his way up the ramps, manages to pull himself up onto the platforms and gently lowers himself down. He is well aware of his disability and will carefull go from the top platform to the next, to the next, then ontop of the upper house, then onto the main platform before stepping half way down the upper ramp and launching himself onto the couch pillows. He also spends hours (yes, hours) playing with the mouse on the upper level – and that really is my only issue with the tree – because the upper mouse is closer to platform level than the lower one. He doesn’t play down there because he can’t reach it.
Anyway, onto the able-bodied cat. She is also 1-year old and she loves this thing. She has already bored of the mice (She is like that with any toy), but she sleeps up on the top level at any time she isn’t sleeping by me (I work from home, so she is usually sleeping by my feet). We have a window behind the condo and she watched the squirrels in the trees from the top level also. She also gets frustrated sometimes after fighting the disabled cat and will climb all the way up the poles at the rear of the tree like it’s a phone pole. Platforms are big enough for these cats (ordinary moggies, I would guess). Neither cat is overweight and/or large.

I have been considering buying a cat tree for some time, but was reluctant to do so because they are pricey and I wasn’t sure about the quality. I finally decided to just buy one and I am happy I did. It is slightly wobbly, but not much.(you have to expect some wobbling at over 6 feet tall) It is pretty sturdy, its big enough to fit multiple cats comfortably, and in my opinion it looks pretty good. It was ridiculously easy to assemble with an exception of the ladders. I had it put together in about 20 minutes and I am not very mechanically inclined. The ladders are a little more vertical than shown in the picture and can’t really be used as steps. The top perches are big enough for my cats, but may not be big enough for really big cats. My biggest cat is around 12 pounds, but if he was any bigger he wouldn’t be able to fit, comfortably anyway. I haven’t had it very long, but the material seems like it is going to last a while. I recommend putting it in a corner for more stability. All in all, it is a very fine product.

My cat loves playing with this item! He plays with the mice and climbs the posts to get them.
