Overall this cat tree is pretty good. Like most tall trees, it wobbles a little. But my cats run up and down it and I never feel like it might tip over. The least-stable part is the bottom cubby-hole. It stands alone and is not very sturdy.
The fabric used is nice and not as cheap as other ones. On the front above the main cubby is a lame “Go Cat Club” fabric patch that looks terrible. However, with some scissors it is easily removed. The “basket” (on the left) is really too small for most grown cats (my smallest cat is 10 pounds and the basket is too small for him). The dangling mice have so far held their own after many battles.
My main gripe is that I bought this one because it was advertised as being among the heaviest out there. I wanted the heaviest one that I could get because I wanted the sturdiest one I could find for my money. The advertised weight was 90 pounds – much heavier than similarly-priced towers. However, its actual weight is 60 pounds. It really isn’t a big deal because, as I said before, it seems pretty sturdy. However, I do have it in a corner. If it was not in a corner, I am not sure how stable it would really be.

My cats love this thing. Yeah, it’s a bit wobbly but, as another reviewer said, not to the point that I worry about it tipping. The instructions, however, are hands down the worst I have ever seen. Putting it together was basically looking at the picture and hoping for the best.
Also, the top house was too unstable. We had to add an extra screw in the bottom of it to secure it.
