Molly and Friends Cat Furniture Company makes some of the best scratching posts. Our large sisal post is just the right size for any cat to tear into. The carpet is high quality (great for scratching too), and the all natural sisal rope is heavy duty and stands up to even the most dilligent scratching. The wood post underneath the sisal is made of solid pine, so it won't bend or wobble like cardboard built scratchers. This handmade unit arrives fully assembled and sits on an 18" x 18" weighted base. It is 26" tall and comes in a beige color.

This scratch post is very sturdy and well made. My 16 pound Main Coon, Maggie, took to it immediately. I would recommend this product highly. It is even nice looking enough to leave in the livingroom when company comes!

great cat scratch post!! Just opened up the box and the cats are really digging it! One of my cats has spent the past 20 minutes playing and climbing on it!! very well made!

I ordered this a few months ago and put a lot of time into researching a sturdy, heavy, wide-based product so it won’t tip over. I carefully selected one with a tall sisal post so my cat would scratch it and not my furniture. She was interested in the base right out of the box, but soundly ignored the post. She would throw herself on her side, dig her claws into the base, and drag herself around the perimeter, thoroughly enjoying it. I thought I had wasted my time in selecting a sisal post, but she finally “discovered” it after several weeks and now stretches luxuriously while scratching. My furniture is now safe, and she is happy.
We had such good success with it that I ordered another one for my sister’s cats as a Christmas present.

This is an excellent scratching post! I have purchased various cat furniture from both Petco and Drs Foster& Smith. Petco didn’t have what I was looking for and I wasn’t impressed with the last cat tower I got from Drs Foster& Smith so I picked this one based on reviews of this particular product and other products made by the company. It’s very sturdy and well made. Bottom Line: My cats like it and I’m glad I bought it. I will definitely buy from Molly and Friends again.
