We purchased the Town in Country about a year ago. My husband put it together in around 30 minutes without any assistance. We placed it on our covered patio. Our two Himalayan’s love it! They were a little unsure at first but they soon got used to it and now stare out the patio door several times a day letting us know they want to go out. When we open the door they go straight into the pen without any coaxing. They spend between 30 and 60 minutes in the pen before letting us know they want to come back in. Our cats are only 7 pounds or so. The structure is light weight so I don’t know how well it would support large cats. Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase.

This appeared as a Gold Box Lightning Deal one day, so I bought it on an impulse for my cat’s Christmas. I am so glad I did. She loves “hiding” in it (although the box is not as long as an adult cat is so her nose and tail stick out) and she loves the little tassel and spider that hang on the side. When she is not playing with it she loves lying on the pillowed top, and the pillow is not only removable but has a good thickness to it.

As others have mentioned, this is easy to assemble. I had to take it apart because I put the wrong tab in the wrong slot and it took me both hands to do it, so that goes to show how securely it is fastened once the tabs are put in the slots. The wood is also thick and has a smooth, polished finish all around, so there is no rough sides to it. I was very impressed by the quality.

I will definitely buy some other items from the Smart Cat line in the future. Everyone in our household is impressed.

My 5 cats all take turns using the bed. We have a second one so others can use them. Makes the winter night a little more bearable for all, especially the older cats.

A 1-page instruction to putting this together is sparse, but not unachievable. this is a very sturdy product and my cats used the trees for a full-body stretch. They love sleeping in the enclosures and the pockets. Great value and my cats can’t live without it.

Very nice and sturdy, easy to install. Now need to buy more as the cats fight over which one gets to this new choice spot for the afternoon cat nap.

I am extremely happy with this purchase. The price really surprised me too! The tower went together like a snap and our cat has enjoyed it from day one!

My cats were a little leery when I first got it, but once they found out that it produces a gentle warmth, a cat is always camped out on it. The box states that it will give many years of use, but most of the reviews I read say that it died after a year, so I don’t have any expectations of more than a year of use for this item. However, I purchased it at a good price and I can place it in any cat bed or sleep location of choice (I put a fleece blanket over the pad), so I feel that a year’s heavy use is a reasonable life for this item. My cats give it 2 paws up!

Whenever I bought this cat tower I was hoping it wasn’t going to be something to collect dust but as soon as it was put together my cats totally loved it. I have five cats with all very different personalities and each and every one of them have found their own place. For the price of this tower, it is totally awesome. I compared prices before deciding on this tower and I’m glad I did. It is so well worth the money and more. The carpet on the tower is not some cheap carpet, it is really soft. Also this tower is very strong as I have four grandkids under the age of seven and it has held up to them plus a Lab. If you want to buy something really nice for your cats, then don’t look any farther. Being someone with many cats I truly recommend this Cat Tower.

The bed is better than I thought it would be. Very sturdy and easy to put together. My cat was a little leary at first but now he loves it. He lays on the top bunk and uses the bottom to hide when he doesnt feel like playing with the dog. My only disappointment is that there is no bottom, but I made a thin mattress for it.

This is a wonderful product to buy for your cat. My cat loves to climb on all the levels and especially to perch at the very top looking out the window at the birds at our feeders. He also likes to swat and play with the toy that hangs on the upper level (a spare is included as well) and scratch at the posts. It’s a sturdy design and the neutral color will go well with any room. Your cat will thank you for buying this!
